FALCONRY EXPERIENCES IN KENT

  1. Our Falconry Experiences are suitable for;
    • Age 8 plus for Half Day Experiences, 1hr Owl Flying & 1hr Hawk Walks.
    • Ages 7 plus for Birthday Parties, VIP Falconry Experiences and family outdoor adventures
  2. We require five days’ notice to move your bookings, cancellations made within 5 days of your experience, will only be offered week day options. Any cancellations within 24hrs of your experience will not be offered another date.
  3. Any child under the age of 16 attending an activity must be accompanied by an adult. One Adult Spectator Pass will be free of charge.
  4. Only ONE spectator per participant is allowed entry to the experiences at a cost of £10 per person, under 16’s get one free spectator.  Extra spectators must be pre-arranged with the office on 01795 892009 and will be subject to availability. 
  5. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Experiences in 2025 will start 2nd January and end the last weekend of October Half Term, restarting again in Feb Half Term 2026, allowing the birds to moult in the winter months. Any vouchers not used in this time will need to be extended (£10 for six months) or will be none and void.
  6. All vouchers and experience day online bookings received for activities are non-refundable.
  7. We reserve the right to change the venue at any time from time of purchase.
  8. All our events take place outdoors on uneven terrain in acres of beautiful grounds.Please dress for the outdoors and unpredictable weather, as refunds cannot be given.
  9. Arrive 15 MINS before the start of the session and meet at the car park unless otherwise instructed in communication.
  10. We are unable to control the weather, we reserve the right to postpone experiences on the day of your experience if the weather is deemed too poor for us to continue, we do not offer refunds if your experience is cancelled due to the weather, we will move your experience. Weekend availability is always limited due to popular demand, so if your weekend activity was cancelled, we will do our very best to find another suitable date.
  11. If you are travelling from afar and you are concerned about the weather, please contact us on 07817 449404 if you haven’t heard from us by 8am.
  12. Any promotions advertised with our gift vouchers will only be available for the allocated time and availability. No discounts or alternative options will be offered.
  13. Please note; no dogs will be permitted onto the experience. Any dogs attending, we do have the right to ask dogs to be taken home or away from the falconry centre without refund.
  14. PLEASE NOTE: NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON OUR SITE. Any intoxicated participants attend and our instructors feel you are unable to take part in the activity safely they have the right to cancel your session, with no refund or transfer offered.
  15. Please let us know in advance of purchasing our gift vouchers and activities, if you have any medical or mobility conditions we may need to be aware of to ensure we can tailor the experience to your requirements.
